The
Complex Director of Group Optimization
will work closely with Director of Revenue Management, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Directors of Catering & Events to ensure new Group and Local business opportunities align with meeting space inventory strategy and each hotel’s strategic goals. This position will provide business intelligence and analyze leads through understanding the total “health” of each group, evaluating what space is left to sell, considering latest booking trends, and reviewing historical performance of a particular week.As a Team Member, your essential functions in this role include:Strategy
